New hud rules

Currently in a training seminar for the new hud closing statements and good faith estimates.
It will be a little more work for lenders but overall it will be good for the consumers.

The largest changes will explain the terms of the loan on the closing statement. Lenders will also need to explain all the fees and how they are paid.
